Collectors tab

Inventory of every collector that's enrolled to this tenant.

Each row: collector id, friendly name, last-seen timestamp, status pill (active / unreachable / revoked), inline Restart and Rebuild actions (since 8d86f3c and 1cf9978).

• Restart — graceful reload via the kilasec-collector systemd unit. Recovers a stuck container.
• Rebuild — pull the latest docker image, then restart. Used to roll out a new collector version.
• Revoke — invalidates the collector's token; the collector goes offline immediately.
• Bulk revoke offline collectors (1fde493) — clean up after decommissioned hosts.
