AFW-111 — Data plane not listening

Why this happened

The collector's proxy port is not accepting connections — the kilasec-dp process has crashed or failed to start.

Fix

Restart the collector (Collectors page → Restart). If it repeats, run customer-deploy/verify.sh on the host and check docker logs kilasec-collector.
