Why this happened

The plan expired and the grace window has ended; collector ingest and new enrollments are refused. Collectors degrade to pass-through (AFW-220) — traffic flows but is not inspected.

Fix

Renew the subscription (Settings → Plan). Service restores instantly on renewal — collectors recover on their next poll.
