AFW-131 — Collector restart loop

Why this happened

The collector was relaunched repeatedly without staying up for the 90 s healthy window — the process is exiting at startup. Common during a cloud deploy window (the cloud is briefly unreachable at boot); otherwise a bad config, a port already in use, or a broken image.

Fix

A later 'collector started' entry with no relaunch note means it recovered on its own — nothing to do. If it's still looping, check docker logs kilasec-collector on the host and run the on-box health check from the Collectors page.
