AFW-112 — Collector port already in use

Why this happened

Another process on the collector host already listens on one of the collector's ports (8080 proxy, 8443 device hop, 9443 PAC-TLS), so that listener was not started. The collector never moves to a different port: devices, PAC files and firewall rules all name these ports.

Fix

On the host, find the process (sudo ss -ltnp 'sport = :8443'), stop it or move it to another port, then restart the collector (Collectors page → Restart).
