AFW-140 — File-descriptor limit too low

Why this happened

The host's open-files limit (ulimit -n) is below what the collector needs under load; connections will fail with 502s well before CPU runs out.

Fix

Raise the limit to 65536 for the collector service (docker compose: ulimits: nofile: 65536; systemd: LimitNOFILE=65536), then restart the collector.
