AFW-510 — Collector-to-cloud sync failing

Why this happened

The collector's pushes to the cloud are failing and being retried (network egress, proxy, or DNS problem).

Fix

Check outbound HTTPS from the collector host to the cloud URL (try customer-deploy/verify.sh). Events are buffered and deliver when connectivity returns.
